SYMPTOMS
Your license information email (containing your license key) is lost/deleted/gone and the program is asking you to enter your license key.
RESOLUTION
If you remember (and are still using) the email address you used to purchase the license, you can use our automated License Lookup tool.
If you don't remember the email address you used to purchase the license, no longer have access to it, or do not receive an emailed response when using the license lookup tool, please open a support ticket.
If the program rejects your license information (once you receive it), please contact support.
